Odds and Ends

Its been a couple of weeks since I blogged so here are just a few odds and ends over the last few weeks.

Brooke and I made Pumpkin Rolls!!  They turned out delicious... good enough that I forgot to take pictures of them.   

Brooke also helped me decorate the Christmas tree.  Sadly enough I did not get a picture of the finished tree either and now my camera is being ridiculous. Sorry.

This weekend was our family christmas party and once again problems with the camera so I didnt get any pictures, but here is one with Connor boy.  He learned how to say my name this weekend!  Yesterday Dolly called and said that she was looking at her blog and Connor saw a picture of me and said, "Alycen" and then went and got the phone and said it again!  I feel so special! 

And then there was this!  Monday was my two year mark of being home from my mission.  So Adam, being the nicest boy in the whole world got me flowers and took me to dinner!  He is so sweet.  I forgot to take pictures on monday so here we are in our pajamas on tuesday.  We watched Home Alone and got more excited about Christmas.  Also, if you look closely Adam decided to cut his hair... into a mullet.  I feel kinda weird that I like it so much!  : ) tonight I'm gonna cut cat scratches on the sides!  : ) You're only young once right?!
